Refund Policy

Digital Products (Ebooks)

Due to the immediate nature of digital downloads, all ebook sales are final. Once the download link has been sent or accessed via BookFunnel, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

If you experience technical issues with your file or do not receive your download link, please contact us at misti@mistihurst.com. We will ensure you receive a working copy of your ebook immediately.

Print Book Pre-Orders

For physical books pre-ordered for July delivery, you may request a full refund at any time before the shipping process begins. Once the book has been shipped, our standard physical return policy applies (see below).

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a digital file that is corrupted or a print book that is damaged, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14-Day "Cooling Off" Period

Residents of the European Union have the right to cancel their order within 14 days. However, for digital content, this right expires once the download has started or the link has been accessed, provided you consented to this at checkout. For pre-ordered physical books, the 14-day period begins from the day you receive the book.

Refunds

If a refund is approved (for a pre-order or technical issue), you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
